Returns are only accepted if fabrics are dispatched incorrectly. Given that fabrics are cut to order, we do not exchange an order if you change your mind.
Returns should be received within 14 days from date of order for Australian customers and within 30 days for international customers.
How to Exchange Goods
Return the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to your account:
* Invoice number
* Your requirements
Refunds are processed directly into your bank account against the original order number.
Sending Goods for Exchange
Regular mail is generally fine to send a few items but for larger value orders we would recommend using a trackable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure good arrive safely to the return address.
